The Touch HD from HTC is a smart 3G Smartphone with black colored outfit. It has a smooth and stylish casing. The touch screen is 3.8inch if it is measured diagonally. It has a huge display which facilitates us to enter the inputs very smoothly. It weighs about 174grams and HTC Diamond, HTC T-Mobile G1 Google phone belongs to its family.

It’s basically a business class Smartphone with a five and half hours of talk time when it is fully charged. This time varies based on the applications and features used by the user. If the phone is kept idle its talk time surges up to 360 hours.
It has a large touch screen with a high resolution that allows the user to access the various feature of the Smartphone. It display size is 3.2inch that can show up to 65K colors. The BlackBerry Javelin 8900 is a Smartphone with many Smartphone features. It belongs to BlackBerry Curve family. Some of the members in BlackBerry Curve family include BlackBerry Curve 8320, BlackBerry Curve 8310 and BlackBerry Curve 8300. It is slightly wider than ordinary mobile phone since it features a QWERTY keyboard and wide screen. It can be easily held in the hand and weighs 110 grams which makes the Smartphone to be easily carried without any difficulty. The BlackBerry Curve 8900 runs the BlackBerry operating system. This Smartphone has a wide screen that measures 2.4inch and it’s capable of displaying 65K colors on a high resolution display. The user can enjoy resizing the font size according to their comfort level. The QWERT keyboard has individual keys for all the alphabets and numbers so entering inputs is simple. IPhone 3G S looks shiny like its preceedor IPhone 3G which was released last year. The “S” which is added to the IPhone denotes its speed. With this new IPhone 3G S applications can be loaded quickly and there is no waiting required to access the contacts and its can also load the webpage’s faster than ever.

The IPhone 3G S’s main compass lets you know the direction and location of your relative and friends. And with the help of Google maps we can know our position too which is really great when we are away from the city in an unknown location. One drawback that every one pointed out off IPhone 3G is its 2megapixel camera. But IPhone 3G S is loaded with a 3megapixel camera. But everyone personally feels that it could be featured with a 5 mega pixel camera rather than a 3 mega pixel and it would be a big feast if it could come with a facial recognition. This IPhone 3G S also supports taking videos that looks cool to share with others.

Hope that IPhone will be one of the cool gadgets that could rock the gadget market for some months and I would prefer to buy one as it has a good cute look. And IPhone 3G S will take few more months to be launched in India. And my final verdict is “APPLE ROCKS”.

Samsung SGH-A877 Impression

Samsung SGH-A877 Impression is high performance touch screen phone with superior technology. And it has a very nice key board and excellent display. Samsung SGH-A877 Impression has two disadvantage the first one is it doesn’t have a flash so that its does not support taking photos in dark and the second one is its short battery life. Will the elimination of these two drawbacks the SGH-A877 Impression would satisfy the mobile community.
Other than this disadvantage it’s a quad band mobile phone with 3G technology and it can support wireless internet connection. The design implementation reveals that this one is truly a business phone that can support 200 contacts and each contact can hold birth date, email id, address and each contact can be assigned with multiple phone numbers. And another added feature is each contact can be assigned a photo for instant recognition.
The phone has a good environment for messaging but it does not support IMAP4 accounts that’s is needed to access AOL, Gmail and Yahoo!. Besides its few disadvantage this is completely a good business phone with a price range of $300 which worries some people.

SAMSUNG Instinct

The SAMSUNG Instinct is a high-end internet phone that can also be used as a camera phone, portable media player, text messenger, web browser and email. The SAMSUNG Instinct is considered as a main rival for APPLE’s Iphone. The phone is priced around $129 and it is marketed by sprint throught out United States. Its screen size is 7.87cm with a screen resolution of 432×240 pixels. It uses haptic touch-screen interface.
The device comes with a 2GB of MicroSD and it can be extended to 8GB. Its considered a one of the best 3G enabled device that can boost high-speed internet access. The battery can with stand to a talk time of 5.75 hours which is slightly higher than the Apple’s Iphone. It has a 2MP camera similar to that of the Iphone and it supports live TV. The live TV feature is not available in the IPhone and the Instinct takes advantage of this. It is also priced low when compared with the IPhone. The SAMSUNG Instinct also supports MMS services which are absent in the IPhone. Although it has some extra features when compared with the IPhone its priced a bit less which attracts the buyers.

The Nokia N72 is a 3G phone which has a built-in 2.0 megapixel camera. It comes in a wide range of colour including pink, black with silver outline and black with gold outline. Among the black with silver outline has a stunning look. The camera can be switched on simply by sliding the doors at the back downwards, which eliminates the use of menus to switch on a camera. It is easy to switch from image-videos and video-image mode. It has a flash light but that does not sounds good. The picture taken from the phone during the day time is good but at night the picture quality will diminish.

When speaking about the music, it has a built-in misic player to play songs and Realplayer to play the videos. You can enjoy music in headphones but the speaker does not sounds good like the sony ericsson mobile phones.

Regarding the GPRS and Internet they can get you a speed around 5kb/sec(max) in normal network but when it comes to a 3G network it will be like a true broadband. So people who have 3G network in their town/city can prefer this phone rather going for a landline broadband connection.
