The BlackBerry Storm 9500 is not a lightweight device and weighs about 155Grams including the battery. It is one of the well designed members in the BlackBerry Smartphone family like BlackBerry Bold 9000. It’s basically a business class Smartphone with a five and half hours of talk time when it is fully charged. This time varies based on the applications and features used by the user. If the phone is kept idle its talk time surges up to 360 hours.<br />
It has a large touch screen with a high resolution that allows the user to access the various feature of the Smartphone. It display size is 3.2inch that can show up to 65K colors. The QWERTY keyboard makes its easier for the user to give inputs and SMS can be quickly typed. The user can make use of the organizer and the calendar features to plan their appointments and schedule their meetings. With the built in GPS technology the direction for a specified location can be viewed.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The 3G HSDPA technology supports fast internet access, faster data transfer between compatible devices, faster email checking and simultaneously the user can be on call also. This makes the BlackBerry Storm 9500 a truly multitasking device. It supports Quad band (i.e.) the Smartphone is capable of switching between all the four networks. The connectivity supported like USB port and Bluetooth can be used to transfer and share files between different compatible devices at a much faster data rate. The Smartphone can access the internet with its 3G technology with much faster. It has a internal flash memory of 128MB and 1GB onboard memory. The memory can be extended up to 8GB using a MicroSD memory card.<br />
The integrated music player of the Smartphone can play music in many formats like MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, WMA &amp; WMA ProPlus. The music management feature known as Roxio allows the user to create and maintain play list. The phone can be used to record voice and it support both polyphonic and MP3 ring tones. The 3.2 megapixel digital camera is efficient in capturing the still photos and videos. Its also support to playback the videos in MPEG4, H263, H264 or WMV format.<br />
It has an integrated HTML browser to access the web. This blackberry device is also compatible with the social networking sites like Facebook and Myspace. It also supports SMS, MMS and email. The BlackBerry Storm 9500 is purely meant for business class people.</p>
